Chamber of Tax Advisers is a self-government body of tax advisers, its main activity is to provide conditions and assist in the implementation of the activities of members of Chamber of Tax advisers in the field of tax advisory.
The organization was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 19.09.2017 № 338 "On tax advisory" and registered by the decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of 24.04.2018 № 88 in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs № 805004057.

Chamber of Tax Advisers is a non-profit organization based on the mandatory membership of tax advisers.

Chamber of Tax Advisers is responsible for its obligations with its property. The members of Chamber of Tax Advisers are not liable for its obligations, and Chamber of Tax Advisers is not liable for the obligations of its members.
Members of Chamber of Tax Advisers are independent in carrying out their professional activities.

The competence of the Chamber includes:
- protection of the legitimate rights and professional interests of its members;
- representing the interests of the members of Chamber of Tax Advisers in state bodies and other organizations;
- methodological guidance and coordination of the activities of tax advisers by ensuring the unity of law enforcement practice;
- control over the quality of tax advisory services provided by its members;
- provision of advanced training of tax advisers;
- exercise other powers provided for by legislation, the Charter of Chamber of Tax Advisers.

The bodies of Chamber of Tax Advisers are:
- general meeting;
- board of Chamber of Tax Advisers;
- control and audit commission of Chamber of Tax Advisers;
- disciplinary commission of Chamber of Tax Advisers.
